YOUNG ADULT MINISTRY

As Young adults you face many challenging transitions in your lives— schooling, careers, singleness, marriage, children.... Central’s Young Adult Ministry seeks to meet you where you are and journey with you through the transitions in yours life.

Our mission is to help you engage Jesus and each other in order to develop permanent spiritual disciplines that you can apply for the rest of your life, leading to long-term involvement in church, ministry, or other forms of service to Jesus.

We do this by focusing on the core aspects of connecting events and small groups.

FIRST FRIDAYS

The connecting events, which happen once a month are great opportunities to socialize in a relaxing and casual environment on a consistent basis. These laid-back gatherings are a place for newer people to get plugged in and for members of different small groups to connect. To share the richness of life experience we make it a point to have events hosted by adult church members of all ages. Events are held throughout the city and county in members homes.

SMALL GROUPS

The Young Adult small groups are a great arena for deepening relationships and traveling the discipleship path. There are groups for men, women and couples that meet regularly

Young Adult Ministry sponsors other activities throughout the year such as retreats, service projects, holiday parties and “spiritual permanence” events. Beyond these we encourage you to join us for either the Mosaic Contemporary or Traditional (text links) worship service, and explore the many ways to become more connected at Central.
